Sports have always been a pretty big part of my life.  From a very young age, most of my earliest memories revolve around sports in one way or another.  Some, such as being chased by the Cone Monster, were not so pleasant.  That being said, there were plenty of others, such as attending Mets games with my dad (as seen here) that really shaped a lot of my relationships with friends and family, and made me who I am today.  (I also witnessed my fair share of Mets losses live, so not all those games were so pleasant either...)

I have taken this passion for sports with me today, and would love for it to somehow be a part of my day to day future.  I am currently a junior at the University of Michigan, majoring in Cognitive Science with a focus on Decision Making, and minoring in Writing.  The dream is to use sports one way or another as a messaging tool to help make the world a better place.  Whether this is working for a professional team in their Community Relations department, a sport focused non profit, a big brand looking to do good, or something that I haven't even discovered yet, I'm honestly not quite sure.  That being said, I'm looking forward to wherever the journey takes me.

Outside of the classroom, I can most likely be found running, playing guitar, rewatching The Wire, or yelling at the Mets through my TV screen.
